1. Description of Service
AirgapMail is an Android software application designed to help users clean promotional clutter, manage newsletter subscriptions, and execute automated inbox rules locally on their device. All processing occurs locally without intermediate cloud server analysis.
2. Third-Party Email Provider Disclaimers
AirgapMail integrates directly with email providers (including Google Gmail and Microsoft Outlook) using industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols. AirgapMail is an independent software application created by Dattara Apps and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation.
3. User Control & Action Confirmation
AirgapMail executes bulk email modification commands (such as moving messages to Trash or Archive) only upon direct user configuration and instruction. You are solely responsible for reviewing deletion filters and confirming actions executed through the app.
4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Refunds
AirgapMail offers optional premium tiers and consumable token packs managed securely through Google Play Billing:
- Pro Yearly Pass: An auto-renewing annual subscription that unlocks expanded daily clean limits, an ad-free experience, multi-account support, and automated rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Google Play account settings.
- Token Booster Packs: Consumable in-app purchases granting cleaning tokens that are consumed as you clean emails.
- Refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play refund policies and must be requested through your Google Play purchase history.
5. Intellectual Property
All original software, graphics, branding, and designs associated with AirgapMail are the exclusive property of Dattara Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
AirgapMail is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dattara Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
7. Changes to Terms
Dattara Apps reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of AirgapMail following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
