1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using any applications developed by DATTARA APPS, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software developed by DATTARA APPS are the exclusive property of DATTARA APPS and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our tools and applications for their intended purpose: engineering digital intentionality and focus. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our services is strictly prohibited.

4. Professional Services (Development & Consulting)

DATTARA APPS provides custom mobile and web application development, backend architecture, and optimization services. When you engage us for these services:

• • Scope of Work: Specific deliverables and timelines will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
• • Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom code developed specifically for a client becomes the property of the client upon full payment. DATTARA APPS retains ownership of any pre-existing "Background IP" or reusable libraries used in the process.
• • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the development process.

5. Limitation of Liability

DATTARA APPS provides tools and services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to device performance issues, data loss, or business interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DATTARA APPS is registered.
