NIVAROA Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using NIVAROA: Live Weather Launcher ("the Application"), developed by Dattara Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application immediately.

2. License & Launcher Role

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use NIVAROA as your default home screen launcher and aesthetic environment.

• • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
• • You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purposes.

3. Pro Purchases, Subscriptions & Rewarded Passes

NIVAROA offers premium features ("NIVAROA Pro") via in-app purchases, subscriptions, and temporary ad-rewarded passes.

• • Billing: In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed securely through the Google Play Store.
• • Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play policies.
• • Rewarded Passes: Users may unlock temporary Pro feature passes by viewing rewarded video ads via Google AdMob.

4. Local-First Architecture

Core functionality, including sticky notes, customized layouts, and widget preferences, operates locally on your device hardware.

5. Limitation of Liability

NIVAROA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dattara Apps is not liable for system-level battery optimizations affecting launcher performance, missed calendar notifications, or data loss resulting from device malfunction.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Pro feature access in the event of fraudulent purchase activity. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction and Dattara Apps operational guidelines.
